At Melbourne Tile Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality tile and stone restoration services. Please read our policy below:
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may incur a small call-out fee to cover travel and preparation costs.
Refunds
For prepaid services, refunds will be provided if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a service has already been completed, refunds are not applicable, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Service Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assess and provide a solution, which may include re-service at no additional cost.
