Cancellations
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a small call-out fee to cover travel and preparation costs.

Refunds
  • For prepaid services, refunds will be provided if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If a service has already been completed, refunds are not applicable, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Service Guarantee
  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assess and provide a solution, which may include re-service at no additional cost.
